预制现浇相间地下连续墙施工技术

摘要:

针对城市地铁基坑工程中预制装配式地下连续墙墙幅接头施工精度低、长效防水难的难题,依托青岛地铁周村站出入口工程,提出预制现浇相间地下连续墙技术方案. 研究了预制墙体的轻量化结构形式、节段竖向与横向连接构造及复合防水技术,构建了从工厂化预制到现场机械化吊装的完整施工工艺体系. 结果表明:随着开挖深度增加,墙后土体位移及影响范围均增大,最小影响范围约为 3 倍开挖深度. 该方案有效规避了预制墙幅直接拼接的施工与防水风险,提升了工程安全与施工效率.

Aiming at the problems of low construction accuracy and long⁃term waterproof difficulty ofprefabricated diaphragm wall joints in urban subway foundation excavation engineering, based on theentrance and exit project of Zhoucun Station of Qingdao Metro, the technical scheme of prefabricatedcast⁃in⁃place interphase diaphragm wall is proposed. The lightweight structure form of the prefabricatedwall, the vertical and horizontal connection structure of the segment and the composite waterprooftechnology were studied, and a complete construction technology system from factory prefabrication to on⁃site mechanized hoisting was constructed. The results show that with the increase of excavation depth, thedisplacement and influence range of soil behind the wall increase, and the minimum influence range isabout 3 times the excavation depth. The scheme effectively avoids the construction and waterproof risk ofdirect splicing of precast wall, and improves the engineering safety and construction efficiency.
