Key Technologies of Zero⁃carbon Renovation for ExistingBuildings Under Background of Urban Renewal

Abstract:
Combined with the requirements of the zero⁃carbon demonstration project, the boundaryconditions, technical measures and implementation directions for “ double zero ” urban renewal andrenovation project are established. By diagnosing the safety of the existing building structure, the energyefficiency of operation and the potential for renewable energy, the potential for energy conservation andcarbon reduction is evaluated to determine the appropriate open⁃source and cost saving technicalstrategies. According to the results of energy consumption simulation, the technical parameters aregradually optimized and determined. By analyzing and evaluating the characteristics,with the “ doublezero” goal as the ultimate orientation, the appropriate zero⁃carbon technical solutions are matched. High⁃performance envelope systems, ground insulation, high⁃performance glass curtain walls, and theenclosure of the south⁃facing corridors are adopted, to ensure that the project ultimately achieves the goalsof zero⁃carbon operation, strong demonstration effect, and controllable economic costs. At the same time,based on the on⁃site conditions, the conventional photovoltaic storage direct flexible scheme is designedand optimized in a targeted manner to ensure the principle of self⁃generation and self⁃consumption, andthe surplus electricity is fed into the grid, and the flexible interaction with the municipal power grid isachieved, to complete the goal of zero⁃carbon renovation.
