Abstract:

This study focuses on the roof photovoltaic ( PV) installation risk assessment and feasibilityanalysis for the Guizhou Shuanglong Aerospace Supporting Industrial Park. An entropyweight⁃cloudmodel is employed to evaluate installation risks, incorporating multiple dimensions including airspacesafety, technical feasibility, economic viability, and environmental impact. A comprehensive life⁃cyclebenefit analysis of the PV system is also conducted. The results show that the overall project risk level ismoderate, with airspace safety identified as a critical concern. However, this risk can be reduced to anacceptable level through optimized system design. Technical analysis indicates that monocrystallinesilicon PV panels installed at a 25° tilt angle offer the highest generation potential, yielding an annualoutput of approximately 4.82 × 106kW · h. Economic evaluation reveals that the project achievesbreakeven in year 11,with a cumulative net profit of 10.32 million CNY over 25 years. Theenvironmental benefits are notable, with an estimated reduction of 93225 tons of CO2emissions duringthe same period.
