Abstract:

In response to the quality issues of collapse, segregation, and rapid loss of moisture at theedges of cement stabilized crushed stone layers caused by harsh environments such as low temperature, low pressure, strong winds, and freeze⁃thaw cycles in high⁃altitude areas of the plateau. A collaborativeconstruction technology system integrating vibration mixing, whole process anti⁃segregation, intelligentwater replenishment and adaptive support is constructed. The uniformity and moisture content stability ofthe mixture are enhanced by frequency conversion vibration mixing and dynamic collaborative waterreplenishment technology. The whole process gradient anti⁃segregation control chain is constructed byusing nine⁃grid shunt, two⁃way spiral cloth and elastic baffle sealing measures. Based on the multi⁃parameter dynamic coupling model, the intelligent water replenishment system is developed to realize theprecise closed⁃loop control of the edge moisture content. The high⁃density adjustable formwork supportand steel brazing anchorage structure are designed to improve the deformation resistance and formingquality of the edge. The engineering application results show that the technology effectively reduces therework rate and material loss.
