Abstract:

Aiming at the steel box girder lifting project of Wuzhi—Jiyuan section across the operatingexpressway, the stability analysis and design research of the system are carried out. Through thecombination of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation, according to the relevantspecifications and standards, the design and selection of lifting lugs, the selection and checking of wireropes, the anti⁃overturning stability checking of 220t and 800t cranes, the bearing capacity analysis of thefoundation at the outriggers and crawlers, and the stability evaluation of the temporary support system arecarried out. The results show that the anti⁃overturning torques of 220t and 800t cranes are 5 112kN·mand 92 604kN·m respectively, which meet the anti⁃overturning requirements. The design of lifting lugsand wire ropes has sufficient safety margin. The stress and deformation of the temporary support systemare within the allowable range of relevant codes and standards, and meet the stiffness requirements.
