Abstract:

Based on the deep foundation excavation project of Green Island Hubei Station, a riskassessment model based on combination weighting and grey correlation analysis is constructed. Byestablishing a multi⁃level index system covering technology, structure, management, environment andorganizational risk, the subjective and objective weights of the indicators are determined by the analytichierarchy process and the entropy weight method respectively, and the combined weighting method isused to integrate the advantages of the two to overcome the limitations of single weighting. On this basis, the grey correlation analysis is used to quantitatively evaluate the risk factors and realize the quantitativeevaluation of the project risk level. The application shows that the model can effectively identify the keyrisks such as joint leakage of underground continuous wall, uneven settlement of high⁃voltage tower andpoor quality of foundation reinforcement, and the overall risk level is grade III. In view of the aboverisks, control measures including anti⁃circumfluence water bag technology, tower isolation reinforcementand monitoring system and prefabricated U⁃shaped groove reinforcement base are proposed. Engineeringapplication shows that its application effect is remarkable.
