It is the only state-level professional scientific and technological journal in China's construction system. Since its inception in 1958, Construction Technology has consistently reported on the latest technologies in the construction field and it has been highly rated by researchers and engineers in related fields due to its focus on high academic standard and practical application. The journal's circulation leads the construction industry in China.
