It is publicly available both domestically and internationally. Each issue is priced at CNY 35, with an annual subscription priced at CNY 840.

Two mailing options are available for your convenience:

Option 1: Express delivery, with a delivery fee of CNY 10 per issue. The total annual cost (including postage) is CNY 1080.

Option 2: SF Express (cash on delivery), where the customer pays for the SF Express shipping fee directly. The total annual cost (magazine fee only) is CNY 840.
